A 3D Tour is a combination of 360 panoramic images with spatial information to form an interactive experience. Matterport Virtual Tour experience enables users to easily explore the captured location from any internet-connected device, moving from one 360 image to another.

3D Showcase

This is the 3D feature that allows you to move from one location to another on the property. You can use the walk-through video by pushing the play button and watching the video or just browse through it at your own pace. You can also navigate quickly through the image panel at the bottom. Many features at your fingertip!

Doll House

The dollhouse view is an exclusive feature of Matterport and a unique way to quickly navigate 3D Virtual Tours. Our photographers are very attentive to the quality of the dollhouse produced in our 3D Virtual Tours. In the dollhouse mode, the entire space is visible from the top view and a simple click in any area instantaneously sends the visitor to this exact spot in the 3D Virtual Tour.

Measurement Tool

This feature allows you to measure the space and objects in it. This is very useful if you have a rental property which allows renters to make sure their belongings would fit in the space.

Informational Tags

An InfoTag is a virtual tag that can be added inside any 3D Matterport Virtual Tour to help communicate additional information and add context to specific locations, objects or features directly inside a 3D Virtual Tour.

Guided Virtual Tours

A "Guided Tour" is an automatic progression through the 2D Snapshots in your Highlight Reel. Watching a Guided Tour is as easy as hitting the "Play" icon.

Snapshot

Taking a photo inside our virtual tours has never been easier. With a simple click on the Snapshot Button, you can choose the desired photo's resolution (up to 8K), format (4:3 or 16:9) and type (still or 360 Panoramic).

Social Media Share

Sharing our virtual tours on social media platforms has never been easier. With a simple click on the Share Button, the tours are instantly published on Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn and Twitter. You can also share it by e-mail.

Book a call

A 3D Tour combines 360 panoramic images with spatial information to form an interactive experience. Matterport Virtual Tour experience lets users easily explore the captured location from any internet-connected device, moving from one 360 image to another.

It takes approximately 1 hour for every 1,000 SqFt of space to complete a full 3D Virtual Tour.

Once we have finished the 3D scan of your space, we will provide you with a link to your virtual tour.

Your virtual tour is usually available for review within 24 hours after the 3D scan is completed. There will be more time required for additional options such as floor plans, Informational tags, etc.
