An InfoTag is a virtual tag that can be added inside any 3D Matterport Virtual Tour to help communicate additional information and add context to specific locations, objects or features directly inside a 3D Virtual Tour. Represented as colour pins attached to any surfaces, InfoTags are very visible within the 3D Virtual Tour and directly clickable. An InfoTag content can be simple text or include any type of media (photo, video, audio) & URL links and you can even link different 3D Virtual Tours together.

Informational tags are a tool to enhance and promote your 3D immersive space by embedding text descriptions, video, audio, photos, and more, right into your 3D virtual tour.
Depending on the bundle you choose, we offer 2 types of InfoTags:
- for Hospitality Plus Bundle we offer Multimedia InfoTags like: Text, Photos, Audio and Video.
- for Hospitality Extra Bundle we offer Multimedia and Lead Generation InfoTags like: contact forms, booking forms, direct links to your website.
Depending on the bundle you choose, you will receive up to 10 InfoTags with Hospitality Plus Bundle and up to 20 InfoTags with Hospitality Extra Bundle.
If you choose Hospitality Light Bundle you will not going to receive any InfoTags.
InfoTags are not visible in 3D Virtual Tours published on Google Street View.
You can buy InfoTags only alongside with a 3D Virtual Tour.
The price for an extra InfoTag is £10,00.
