All our 3D Virtual Tours are captured with the best 3D camera on the market, Matterport Pro2 3D 134 Megapixels Camera. Depth Resolution: 10 points per degree (3600 points at equator, 1800 points at meridian, 4 million points per pano), 99% accurate within range.
Once we have finished the 3D scan of your space, we will provide you with a link to your virtual tour.
It takes approximately 1 hour for every 1,000 SqFt of space to complete a full 3D Virtual Tour.
The space must be staged and ready for shooting. Although not required, it’s best to limit the number of people within the space to get the best quality virtual tour.
Your virtual tour is usually available for review within 24 hours after the 3D scan is completed. There will be more time required for additional options such as floor plans, Informational tags, etc.
