While 3D Virtual Tour & Photos help visualize a space, a Floor Plan* provides additional technical details and accurate measurements for a better understanding of the relative positions between rooms or remodelling possibilities for instance. Our Floor Plans are directly generated from 3D Matterport cameras using an infrared 3D sensor to ensure extreme accuracy (within 1%). Floor Plans templates include room labels & dimensions, and colours to make them easier to use.

At the end of the job you will receive a Handover Email with links to 3D Virtual tour model and all digital media files requested. One of them is linked to an archive, hosted on our cloud ,with all your floor plans.
The floor plans will be delivered in .jpg, .png and .pdf digital format.
You can buy a floor plan only alongside with a 3D Virtual Tour.
One floor plan is included in our Hospitality Extra Bundle.
The price for a Black and White Floor Plan is £30,00 and for a Colour Floor Plan is £50,00.
